Product dimensions supplied are intended to give an approximate indication of the size of individual products. Product weights on the website are approximate and can differ from item to item. Other characteristics vary from item to item due to the handmade nature of many of the products.
Shipping Policy:
Shipping Carrier: We may ship your order by UPS, FedEx or USPS. We will send you the tracking number to your email if provided once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Time for Made to Order Items or Items on Back Order: The shipping time varies for each product. A Made to Order product is a product that is not currently ready in stock; it will only be made for you once you place the order. Back Order and Made to Order items will vary based on artist/vendors' abilities and resources to produce finished products. Many items we sell are one-of-a-kind or limited editions and artist/vendor production times vary.
Delayed or Lost Orders: If your order has not been delivered to you by the expected delivery date, email us or contact us through the Contact Us portion of the website and inform us so that we can do everything possible to locate and address the problem. Although orders typically get delivered in 7 ~ 10 business days from the date of shipping, we cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the carrier due to weather conditions/flight cancellations / temporary lockdown on transit routes/pandemic-related delays /supply chain issues/transportation delays, government sanctions, health matters associated with employees, owners, vendors, artists, carriers, acts of nature or God.
As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, a few logistics delivery carriers now avoid close contact with recipients; hence, shipments may be dropped or left at various places. We are not responsible for shipments misplaced by carriers or stolen from mailboxes, properties, front door areas, yards, porches, driveways, patios, or other locations.
Incomplete Address: If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay a handling cost of USD 20.00 to re-send your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for losing your order if the address provided is incomplete or incorrect or the shipment is lost in the return-to-sender process.
Return Policy:
We are dedicated to maintaining the highest quality for both our products and your customer experience. Please don't hesitate to contact us with questions at any time. We love our products and want to make sure you love them too.
To make a return:
1) Email tara@taravida.com for a Return Authorization # (RA #) within ten (10) calendar days of proof of delivery as reported to Taravida LLC by a carrier.
2) Include the reason for your return and any applicable photos in your email to Taravida LLC.
3) Provide an acceptable form of proof of purchase from Taravida LLC in your email to Taravida LLC.
Returns that did not receive an RA # or purchased directly from Taravida LLC will not be accepted. Only items purchased directly from Taravida LLC will be accepted. If you bought an item from one of our resellers or any other venue, please direct your return to that reseller.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable, and we do not cover a return's shipping and handling costs. We recommend returns be sent by U.S. Postal Service, FedEx, or UPS. It is also recommended that returns be insured for the full retail value of the merchandise and obtain a tracking number for your reference of the package status.
Returns must be in unused condition (or in the same condition it was prior to purchase in the case of vintage items) and with all the original packaging, including all tags, jewelry cards, and gift boxes. Please keep a copy of your receipt for your records. NO REFUNDS OR STORE CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED FOR MERCHANDISE RETURNED IN A USED OR DAMAGED CONDITION. Taravida LLC maintains photography and logging information of products and will investigate all returns against our inventory database.
Please note all Sales, Personalized Orders, and Custom Pieces are considered FINAL sales and are not returnable or exchangeable unless defective. Customized items include orders made to fit (e.g.: rings, clothing, bracelets, etc. made to fit a size that was not currently in stock).
Although we check all merchandise for defects and damage before shipment, the purchaser must inspect the product promptly upon its arrival to ensure it is free of damages. If damage is found, you must contact us immediately so we can correct the issue. Goods damaged due to buyers' negligence will not be accepted for refund.
Vintage and “Old Pawn” pieces are expected to have wear, scratches, imperfections and discolorations consistent for the age of the piece.
Handmade items are expected to have imperfections, variations in color, variations in stamp work, dies, stones, stitching and other forms of handmade inconsistencies and character.
